Complaints – January 2024
This month we sent 20 surveys and received 17 responses. We saw an increase across all responses including satisfaction with the handling of the complaint and the outcome.
Repairs - February 2024
We sent 624 surveys and received 77 responses. Overall, 69% of customers were satisfied with the repair.
Defects - February 2024
We sent 91 surveys in total and received 8 responses. 100% of the customers who responded were satisfied that the operative who attended was polite and courteous.
